Site Construction Manager in Indonesia (all genders)

As Site Construction Manager for the project LanWin1 you are responsible for the quality assurance during fabrication of the offshore converter station and contribute to success of the overall project execution. Therefore you are in close contact to the HVDC/platform project team like PL Offshore Platform, PL HVDC, all other SPLs, Technical Specialists, GOG personnel e.g. OR, or GCC and the HSE Manager. Besides you are responsible for the coordination of the site engineers and the local inspectors in an internationally located construction site. You and the site team are responsible for day-to-day quality assurance and site surveyance within the respective yard. Additionally you take care of the on-site quality assurance by means that the offshore platform is fabricated meeting TenneT´s standards, policies and further applicable (local) regulations You functionally lead a team of site inspectors , coordinate the QC personnel on a day to day basis and are part of the site leadership team to enable continuous improvement C reating transparency on the fabrication progress, risks and non-conformities by formal reporting and close communication with the Project Manager and Lead Yard Management is also part of your role You support the Lead Yard Management in developing and implementing professional site management processes and tools Finally, you contribute to the standardization of the project management approach and the optimization of synergies between several HVDC systems and offshore platforms The Build DC unit executes onshore and offshore DC construction projects, including the 2GW and 900MW programs. It manages key supplier partnerships and provides project management, engineering, and support services such as construction, permitting, cable installation, logistics, and commissioning. The unit coordinates regional activities, defines mission goals and KPIs, and ensures quality, standards, and methods for major DC infrastructure projects.
