Operational Buyer (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Execution of purchase processes (order placement / Support Purchase Requisitions etc)
Handle buy - sell tasks
Cross checks demand vs. inventory
Trigger manual shipping of material
Tracking on time delivery of goods
Issue invoice notifications
Tracking of payments
Qualifikationen:
Bachelor's degree in business administration/engineering or
Industriekauffrau/- mann
Kauffrau/-mann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
2-3 years of experience in operational buying/procurement in a production or trading company
Familiar with ERP Software solutions e.g.SAP/Oracle/Navision
Softskill - must have:
Systematical working style
Team-player, experienced in working in cross functional international teams
Good written and oral communication skills in English
Persistent
Self-motivated
Self-organized
Want:
Professional experience in logistics in the high-tech/automotive/mechanical engineering industry
Good written and oral communication skills in German
