Product Engineer Digital Products (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
As a Product Engineer in the SoC Test Supply Chain team, you will aim:
To drive Advantest towards operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing
To drive manufacturing processes' optimization, cost reduction and quality improvement
Initiatives,
To take supply chain metrics towards defined goals working closely with our contract
Manufacturers, internal teams in Development, Supply Chain and Product Marketing in a very
International environment,
To manage quality, product changes and technical supply chain processes of products to
Constantly fulfill customer and business requirements,
To provide special technical advice to peers and management,
To actively drive supply chain requirements into hardware and test software design to achieve
Efficient and predictable manufacturability by utilizing the capabilities of our partners,
To bring new instruments of the V93000 IC tester into production on time,
To do all the above without close and constant supervision, neither from peers nor from
Managers.
Qualifikationen:
Being the successful candidate, you:
Have a bachelor's or a master's or a doctoral degree in electrical & electronic engineering,
Possess a broad spectrum of electrical & electronic engineering & measurement techniques,
Have a broad knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes of electronic high-level
Assemblies,
Are familiar with printed circuit assembly development and manufacturing processes,
Are proactive, flexible and have an innovative mindset with analytical problem-solving skills,
Can demonstrate a strong ownership of the product you will be managing,
Have good communication skills and are a team player in cross-collaborations typical of a
Matrix and global organization,
Are willing and able to travel (>=10%) to our business partners and to our multiple sites,
Are fluent in English (at least CEFR C1), ideally in German too, but a CEFR B1 would suffice.
